Ski is a registered trademark of Double-Cola Co.-USA.  Double-Cola Company recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personal information collected from users of MySkiSoda.com.  This privacy statement discloses how we collect, use, and share this information.  By accessing MySkiSoda.com, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy statement and the terms of use agreement. 

Privacy of Children

Double-Cola Company is dedicated to protecting the rights and privacy of children online.  While MySkiSoda.com is not directed at children under age 18, we recognize that they may visit the site.  We do not collect information from children that we know are under age 18, and we request that children under age 18 do not provide personally identifiable information through the Site.

You may view some areas of our site for free and register for a free account. We will collect information such as your name, address, telephone, email when you provide it to us such as when you enter a sweepstake, participate in a survey, sign up for a newsletter or contact customer service.  We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.

You have the option to provide demographic information to us, such as your date of birth, gender, and income level; we encourage you to submit this information so we can provide you a more personalized experience on our site. If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. Double-Cola Company reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics. We do this in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the website. MySkiSoda.com collects IP addresses for system administration and record keeping. Your IP address is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the World Wide Web. Our servers record incoming IP addresses. The IP addresses are analyzed only in aggregate; no connection is made between you and your computer's IP address. By tracking IP addresses, we can determine which sites refer the most people to MySkiSoda.com. (Think of an IP address like your zip code; it tells us in general terms where you're from.)

Service-related Announcements
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.

Customer Service

When you purchase a service from us, we will share contact and credit card information as necessary for the third party to provide that service. Double-Cola Company  is aware of your privacy concerns and strives to collect only as much data as is required to make your Survey experience as efficient and satisfying as possible, in the most unobtrusive manner as possible.
